Backgrounds in studio Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Acrobatics or Gymnastics are preferred for our Dance Academy.
Piano and voice instructors are our top need in the Music Academy, but we would also love to meet teachers in other genres.
Dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness are a must for all positions.
Background screening is required before hiring. If you can't pass it, sorry, you're not for us.
Responsibilities and tasks include:
Organization and Utilization of the Google Drive:
All production team members must add and organize all files into the Google Drive; team/cast resources, copies of all communications sent out, and any information related to the production.
Coordinate and plan the rehearsal schedule with the Director, Stage Manager, and Assistant Music Director (done during Weekly Production Meeting).
Attend and leading vocals for all rehearsals.
Introduce cast members to each song and continue rehearsing with the goal of memorization. *Off-book dates will be established by the Director.
Assign ensemble members to harmonies when necessary; select solo opportunities if available.
Clearly identify and communicate with cast members their assignments for practicing at home in between rehearsals.
Record Musical Monday videos for participants and parents
Work with the production team to draft and edit all communications to parents. Parents should receive a weekly update (or more often if new information is available).
Respond in a timely manner to emails from parents regarding the program.
Attend a weekly production team meeting, no more than 30 min., to stay connected with the team.
Give the production team an update each week with detailed information on the progress of the musical numbers and where you need support.

Rehearsals: Aug 2024 - June 2025.
2 weeknights, and/or 2 hour Saturday rehearsals.
Weekly Production Meeting: 30 min. each week (virtual option)

Lessons would be scheduled on weeknights or Saturday mornings.
Inspirations handles all scheduling, billing and high level client communications.
Pay negotiable based on experience and references.
The Piano Teacher’s responsibilities include evaluating pupils’ needs and preparing lessons that will help them achieve their goals, encouraging students to build confidence and providing lessons including technique and music theory.
To be successful as a Piano Teacher, you should demonstrate excellent instructional skills and patience. Outstanding candidates are lifelong learners who are always improving their skills and are unafraid to experiment with technology.

Hiring Childcare Providers for weekly, part-weekly and substitute positions.
Shifts are Monday - Friday, 2:45-5:45 pm.
Starting pay for childcare workers is $13.50 per hour.
No late nights, weekends or holidays.
Must be 18 and pass a back ground check.
Our program boasts a low student-to-teacher ratio and individualized care to ensure all of our students learn at their own pace. We prefer candidates who have a background in early childhood developmental education and extensive experience working with young children.
Prepare for lessons by gathering materials or setting up activities
Read stories and lead students through alphabet and letter recognition
Engage and encourage students to use their language skills; develop social skills and manners
Monitor students' playtime and physical activities
Work with individual students or small groups of students to reinforce learning of materials
Enforce school-wide safety procedures, disciplinary codes, and rewards
Ensure space and shared toys are clean, sanitized, and orderly
Document student developments and progress to share with parent
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, teaching, or related field preferred
1+ years of experience working with young children
Must meet all state licensure requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Google Suite
Patient and compassionate to young children's needs and emotions
